JourneyLog is a UK registered company primarily for managing personal and enterprise travel history records and reports. Personal location history information is obtained either from specialised location logging devices or via a smartphone app named PhoneTrack. This potentially sensitive data is either held securely on the device or transferred to a dedicated JourneyLog server using a secure connection. It is not made available to any third party other than by explicit consent of the owner of the data.

Required Information

To open a JourneyLog account you will be required to provide certain personal information such as your name, email address and postal address. For security, you must also provide a password.

For certain transactions you need to provide financial information such as your credit or debit card details. This information is required by regulation and law for us to process your transactions securely and protect you against fraud.

Use of Personal Information

We only use your personal information to service your account and to improve our service to you. As part of our normal business operation, we do share some financial information with banks, card processing and verification services.
